Stratex has been awarded a gold medal at the recent New Zealand print awards. The award was for the print on a foil based cheese wrapper. The worlds largest diary exporter – Fonterra – being the customer. This was an excellent achievement for Stratex, given the very high criteria set by the judges. The medal was accepted by Stratex Print Manager Ross Halliday. Mr Halliday highlighted that the sample that was submitted to be judged was “straight off our production line, so it highlights the excellent quality print Stratex achieves day in day out”. Stratex was also awarded a highly commended for a Mocconna coffee wrapper. There was a 26% increase in entries in the packaging category of the awards compared to the previous year. The award is ultimately an acknowledged of Stratex’s on-going commitment to delivering world class quality to local customers and markets.
